• Pizza: A dedicated pan for cooking gluten-free pizza, along with a dedicated peel and cutter
• Sauces: No flour used as a thickener in any of our sauces
• Prep surfaces & utensils: Separate cutting boards, tongs, and utensils used specifically for gluten-free preparation
• Plating: A different set of hands and tools at the pass for gluten-free dishes, to avoid cross-contact at the final step
